Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We kindly ask that you use your tool at least 4 times before initiating a return. Results of our tools are cumulative and build over time. While many people experience noticeable positive results after just one use, it's also normal for results to take a little time to show. We ask that you give your tool a fair chance to produce your desired results.
When testing your tool, please be sure to keep it in new condition and not damaged in any way. Please clean your tool properly after each use.
Please return your tool in its original packaging with user manual included. Items returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@auraleus.com. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and printing a shipping label. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected to ensure it is still in new condition and then your refund will be processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photo/video evidence if there is anything wrong with your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you received a defective item, please reach out to us right away at support@auraleus.com. You will need to verify the defect by sending us clear video proof. We can only offer refunds or replacements for defective items after receiving a video verifying the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the entire cost of the item on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
If more than 11 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't yet received a refund, please contact us at support@auraleus.com.
