Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once order is confirmed.

Delivery Estimates:

United States: 2-15 business days

Canada: 7-15 business days

United Kingdom: 7-15 business days

Rest of world: 8-15 business days

*This does not include the 1-3 day processing window.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Auraleus LLC is not responsible for any customs & taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, etc).

Lost Packages:

Auraleus LLC is not liable for packages lost during shipping. If your tracking number shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact the last-mile shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
